EASY IDILI MANCHURIAN

IDILI MANCHURIAN
Onions-1 cup
Tomatoes-1 cup
Capsicum-1 cup
Idili- 5/6(cut in pieces)
Salt- as per taste
Oil- 1 table spoon
Water-half cup





SAUCES
Soya- 2 table spoon
 Tomato Ketchup- 1 table spoon
Ginger garlic paste- half table spoon




PROCEDURE
Heat the gas add 1 table spoon of oil.After the oil is heated add ginger garlic paste and sauté,till the paste is cooked.



Add the onions and sauté till the onions are translucent.Don't brown the onions.
Add the capsicum after the onions and saute till the capsicum  are soft.

Add the tomatoes and mix it well.Cover the pan and let the vegetables soften.

Add soya,tomatoes ketchup,and salt.Go a bit easy on the salt as the soya as well as the ketchup has salt.And mix well until all the vegetables are covered with the sauces.   


Add water to de
glaze the pan.And let it cook for 1 minute
Add the cut idili's.And mix slowly so that the idili's maintain their shape.after all the idilis are coated with the sauces.Garnish with coriander and serve hot
